1. Promotion Overview

During the promotional period, eligible customers who purchase qualifying Nevada equipment directly from Nevada Ltd may receive either a free Thermomix or a free Air Fryer, depending on the product purchased.

This promotion is valid for qualifying orders placed between 20 May 2026 and 30 June 2026, unless extended, amended, suspended, or cancelled by Nevada Ltd.

3. Eligibility

a. This promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, or New Zealand-based farming businesses, purchasing qualifying Nevada equipment for their own use.

b. The purchaser must be the end user of the equipment. Purchases made for resale, on behalf of another business, or through a third-party dealer or reseller do not qualify.

c. The promotion applies only to purchases made directly from Nevada Ltd.

d. Nevada Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility before supplying any promotional item.

4. Qualifying Products

Thermomix Offer

A free Thermomix will be provided with the purchase of any of the following qualifying new, standard stocked Nevada products:

a. Nevada Slurry Tanker
b. Nevada Bladder Tank
c. Nevada Draghose Effluent Package

For the purposes of this promotion, a qualifying Draghose Effluent Package must include:

a. Veneroni PTO Chopper Pump, or equivalent Nevada-approved PTO pump
b. Nevada Hose Reeler

c. Nevada RainWave applicator

d. A minimum of 400 metres of draghose

Air Fryer Offer

A free Air Fryer will be provided with the purchase of any of the following qualifying new, standard stocked Nevada products:

a. Nevada Electric Pond Stirrer
b. Nevada PTO Pond Stirrer
c. Nevada Yard Scraper

5. Exclusions

This promotion does not apply to:

a. Used equipment

b. Demonstration units, unless expressly approved by Nevada Ltd in writing

c. Custom builds or substantially modified products

d. Special-order products not normally held as standard stocked Nevada products

e. Parts, accessories, servicing, repairs, freight, or installation-only purchases

f. Purchases made through third-party dealers or resellers

g. Any product not specifically listed as a qualifying product in these Terms and Conditions

6. Offer Validity

a. To qualify, the order must be placed and accepted by Nevada Ltd between 12:00am on 20 May 2026 and 11:59pm on 30 June 2026.

b. A deposit must be received by Nevada Ltd within the promotional period, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Nevada Ltd.

c. A customer is not entitled to receive the promotional item merely because an order has been placed or a deposit has been paid.

d. Equipment must be invoiced and paid in full before the promotional item is supplied.

e. Nevada Ltd may withhold the promotional item until the qualifying product has been paid for in full and is ready for dispatch.

f. One promotional item will be supplied per qualifying product purchased.

g. The promotional item supplied will be determined by the qualifying product purchased. Thermomix and Air Fryer offers are not interchangeable.

7. Promotional Item Supply

a. The promotional item will only be supplied after the qualifying Nevada equipment has been paid for in full and is ready for dispatch, unless Nevada Ltd agrees otherwise in writing.

b. Nevada Ltd is not required to supply the promotional item at the time the order is placed or when the deposit is paid.

c. Promotional items are subject to availability.

d. Nevada Ltd reserves the right to substitute any promotional item with a similar product of equivalent type and value if the advertised item is unavailable due to supply issues, stock shortages, or other circumstances outside Nevada Ltd’s control.

e. No correspondence will be entered into regarding substitution decisions.

f. The recipient is responsible for registering the promotional item for warranty, where applicable, and for handling any post-supply servicing, support, repairs, or warranty claims directly with the relevant manufacturer or supplier.

8. Customer Cancellation, Withdrawal, or Failure to Complete

a. If the customer cancels, withdraws from, delays indefinitely, or fails to complete the qualifying purchase for any reason, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive the promotional item.

b. If Nevada Ltd has already supplied the promotional item before the qualifying purchase is completed, and the customer later cancels, withdraws from, or fails to complete the purchase, Nevada Ltd may, at its discretion:

i. require the customer to return the promotional item in unused and original condition; or

ii. invoice the customer for the full recommended retail value of the promotional item; or

iii. deduct the value of the promotional item from any deposit or refund otherwise payable, to the extent permitted by law.

c. If the promotional item has been used, damaged, opened, registered, gifted, sold, or is otherwise unable to be returned in original condition, Nevada Ltd may invoice the customer for the full recommended retail value of the promotional item.

d. Any refund of deposit or payment made by the customer may be reduced by amounts owing to Nevada Ltd, including the value of any promotional item already supplied, cancellation costs, restocking costs, freight, or other reasonable costs incurred by Nevada Ltd, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Exclusivity

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nevada Ltd offer, discount, promotion, special price, package deal, rebate, or incentive unless expressly approved in writing by Nevada Ltd.

Where another discount, special price, or promotion is available, Nevada Ltd may require the customer to choose which offer they wish to apply.

10. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Transferable

a. The promotional item is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, credit, discount, refund, parts, servicing, freight, installation, or any other product or service.

b. The promotional item cannot be deducted from the price of the qualifying Nevada equipment.

11. Finance Purchases

a. Purchases made using Nevada finance may qualify for the promotion, subject to standard lending criteria and approval.

b. The promotional item will not be supplied until finance approval has been confirmed and all required customer obligations, including any deposit, settlement, documentation, or payment requirements, have been completed.

c. If a finance application is declined, withdrawn, or not completed, the purchase will not qualify unless the customer completes the purchase by another approved payment method within the promotional requirements.

12. Order Changes

a. If an order is changed so that it no longer includes a qualifying product, the promotion will no longer apply.

b. If an order is changed from one qualifying product category to another, Nevada Ltd will determine which promotional item, if any, applies to the revised order.

c. If an order is changed, delayed, split, amended, or re-priced, Nevada Ltd reserves the right to reassess eligibility for the promotion.

13. Verification and Misuse

a. Nevada Ltd reserves the right to verify all orders, customer details, eligibility, payment status, and qualifying product details.

b. Nevada Ltd may withhold or cancel the promotional item if it reasonably believes that a transaction is fraudulent, non-qualifying, misleading, in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the promotion.

c. Nevada Ltd’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final.

14. Publicity

By accepting a promotional item, the purchaser agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity if requested by Nevada Ltd. This may include photos, testimonials, comments, or case-study material.

Any promotional content created by Nevada Ltd will remain the property of Nevada Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevada Ltd, its employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, or personal injury, including direct, indirect, or consequential loss, arising in connection with this promotion or the use of any promotional item.

Nevada Ltd is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, servicing, repair, or warranty support of the Thermomix or Air Fryer once supplied.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights the customer may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

16. Product Information and Availability

Nevada Ltd endeavours to ensure that promotional information is accurate and current. However, Nevada Ltd does not accept liability for errors, omissions, outdated content, or product availability changes.

Nevada Ltd reserves the right to alter specifications, components, design, pricing, qualifying products, promotional items, and availability at its discretion and without notice.

All prices are in NZD excluding GST and freight unless stated otherwise.

17. Privacy

All personal information provided will be held by Nevada Ltd and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Information may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact customers, and for Nevada Ltd promotional or marketing purposes.

18. Right to Modify or Cancel

Nevada Ltd reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend, extend, or cancel this promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes due to supply issues, stock availability, pricing errors, unforeseen circumstances, suspected misuse, or any situation outside Nevada Ltd’s reasonable control.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for a qualifying product during the promotional period, the purchaser is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
