Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
   Every dairy farmer who purchases a standard stocked Nevada Effluent Pond Stirrer (PTO or Electric Powered) directly from Nevada Ltd within the month of June 2025 will receive a free Stihl MS 172 16″ petrol chainsaw (RRP $450 incl. GST).
   
   
2. Eligibility
   a. Open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who are currently employed and working on a dairy farm in New Zealand.
   b. The purchaser must be the end user of the equipment (i.e. not reselling or purchasing on behalf of another business).
   
   
3. Qualifying Products
   This promotion applies exclusively to new standard stocked Nevada Effluent Pond Stirrers (PTO or Electric Powered) purchased directly from Nevada Ltd during the promotion period.
   Custom builds, modified units, used, or special-order stirrers are excluded. Purchases made through third-party dealers or resellers do not qualify.
   
   
4. Exclusivity
   This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion offered by Nevada Ltd — under any circumstances.
   
   
5. Offer Validity
   a. Valid only for orders placed and deposits received between 12:00am on 1 June 2025 and 11:59pm on 30 June 2025.
   b. Equipment must be invoiced and paid in full by 31 August 2025 to qualify.
   c. One chainsaw will be provided per qualifying Nevada Effluent Pond Stirrer purchased.
   
   
6. Chainsaw Details
   a. The free item is a Stihl MS 172 16″ petrol chainsaw (RRP $450 incl. GST), subject to availability.
   b. The chainsaw will be supplied once full payment for the stirrer has been received and cleared.
   c. Nevada Ltd reserves the right to substitute the chainsaw with a similar product of equivalent type and value in the event of supply issues or stock unavailability. No correspondence will be entered into regarding substitutions.
   d. The recipient is responsible for registering the chainsaw for warranty and handling any post-purchase servicing or support directly with Stihl.
   
   
7. General Terms
   a. The chainsaw is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash or any other product or service.
   b. Nevada Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withhold the chainsaw in cases of fraudulent or non-qualifying transactions.
   c. Nevada Ltd’s decisions on all matters relating to the promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
8. Publicity
   By accepting the chainsaw, the purchaser agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity (e.g. photos, testimonials) if requested by Nevada Ltd, without additional compensation. Copyright in any promotional content remains with Nevada Ltd.
   
   
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nevada Ltd, its employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or personal injury (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) incurred in connection with this promotion or the use of the chainsaw. Nevada Ltd is not responsible for the operation, maintenance, or warranty of the chainsaw once it has been supplied.
   
   
10. Privacy
    All personal information provided will be held by Nevada Ltd and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Information may be used for promotional purposes related to Nevada Ltd.
